Transfer-ALV

Dear (VOLA-)member, Dear benefactor,

The board of the Amsterdams Chemisch Dispuut would like to invite you to the Transfer-General Members Meeting (Wissel-ALV) which will take place on the 28th of September at 18:00. The location will be published at a later date. The walk-in starts at 17:45h. All the relevant documents will be available on our website on September 28th at the latest. It will also be possible to read these documents in the association room at the UvA (A0.09).

We would like to advise everyone to read all relevant documents carefully before the start of the meeting to avoid unnecessary questions and remarks. Of course, it is also possible to authorise someone to vote for you during the General Meeting by sending an email to the board with a scan of the authorization including a written signature and the date of the General Meeting, before the start of the General Meeting. It is also possible to hand in this authorization in person during one of the board shifts. 

In case you would like to see specific subjects discussed, please let the board know in advance by sending an email to allow a thorough discussion of the subjects.
